If you would like a pastoral visit or a chat with Pastors Scott & Jan, please call the church office at 440-593-2525. Please remember to call the church office or Pastor Jan if you or a family member is in the hospital. Pastor Jan is always willing to make hospital visits…but someone has to let her know of the situation!

HIPAA Privacy Rule and Local Churches:

Due to right of privacy laws in the State of Ohio, you are unable to print a person's condition unless you have a signed document allowing the church to do so.  Therefore, if you would like a person's name to be printed on the "Prayer Concern" list or in the newsletter with their circumstance, please understand that we will list those needing prayer without stating why.
Due to the Privacy Act, the hospitals are no longer informing pastors when their parishioners are hospitalized UNLESS you ask them to do so.  Please remember to call the church office or Pastor Jan if you or a family member are in the hospital.  Pastor Jan is always willing to make hospital visits but someone has to let her know of the situation!
